Her goal is to help you achieve a balanced state of body and mind, fostering deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and effective healing.
She offers a sliding scale for those who are self-employed or lack extended health benefits, ensuring accessibility to her services. For clients with extended health insurance, she provides detailed receipts that can be submitted for reimbursement.
Ken Wylie (IFMGA) Ken has been a life-long adventurer. His adventures compel him to go deeper, to face his own dark elements and through that find his greatest strength.
Certified internationally as a mountain guide with the International Federation of Mountain Guide Associations (IFMGA), Ken is a leading adventure education innovator, developing practices for adventures to use to better understand and improve themselves to make better choices in risk environments. He has climbed, skied and alpine climbed extensively in his life. He has held faculty positions at Thompson Rivers University and Mount Royal University in their respective outdoor programs. Ken is the author of Buried 2020.

Caleb is a second-generation settler born and raised in Coast Salish territory on beautiful Vancouver Island. Drawing from over ten years of experience delivering educational and youth development programs both at home and abroad, Caleb brings passion and intention to facilitate transformative learning experiences that resonate with audiences of all ages, cultures, and experience levels.
Caleb's professional and academic experience as a researching geographer, business developer, and community leader supports his mission to deliver engaging, enriching, and risk-managed courses that help participants strengthen relationships with themselves, each other, and the natural world in which we thrive.
When not guiding expeditions or conducting research, Caleb can be found hosting community art parties, writing music with friends, or exploring his home region by land or at sea. He enjoys healthy local food, strong coffee, intelligent conversation, and the beautiful west coast.
We are grateful to have Caleb as an integral member of our tribe. Caleb contributes to our hiking and climbing adventures, and is a board member for the Non-profit Veterans Connect Recover.
